        Is your phone faulty? After 1.45 hrs I got down from 5th to 1st in queue to be answered, then waited another 45mins, only to blanked me.

        I took my son today and I been told vaccination can done only by Appoitment but still on door and website mentioned drop in vaccination centre. Staff gave me phone no to call and get appointment . I called twice and after waiting few minutes call dropped with out connecting with operators.

        Had to wait nearly 2 hours in the drop in queue. They did all the appointments first leaving the drop in people just waiting without any timescale when we would be seen . Nurses inside did a very professional job.
