        Store in Overgate shopping centre on ground floor, staff friendly

        Always great coffee and service with a smile, but why does it take so long ? The queue is always back round the corner, so busy. Every time I am there and people are leaving the queue because they do not want to wait this long for coffee. Such a shame. Would have loved to give more stars for the lovely staff who do so well but wait time is far too much.
