Dundee East District Housing Office

My father died and had to hand in keys after clearing out his council house. No sympathy from any member of staff and to put keys in unsecured outside postbox unmarked and no receipt given. Not open to the public at all.

Honestly. The woman that answers the phone. How ignorant and rude. She didn't even listen to a word I said. Settle down my dear anyone can answer a call, you obviously can't and don't have the skills. Very off putting if this is the first point of contact. Had heard how rude and inept she was just didn't think it would be the case. Terrible service. Took around 2 min to pick up the phone also.

If you're a single male suffering with mental health problems or experience anti social neighbours, threatening and intimating behaviour don't ask for support or help, they won't provide it.
