KFC Dundee

I love KFC, but this place is disappointing and does not represent it well. I arrived at a relatively slow time and should have noticed the trouble signs. The floor and tables were dirty/greasy with abandoned cups and bits of food littered about. I ordered a 4-piece meal. What I received was a half sleeve of soggy chips, a Pepsi in a clear cup (they were out of regular cups and lids) and a sack of wings and legs. When I went to the register to express my dislike, the manager(?) shut me down and ended the conversation with a good night. Whats going on here? This cannot be how KFC wants to represent itself. This will be my last eating experience at this particular restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting. Every table upstairs and downstairs either covered in chunks of food or KFC buckets, boxes, drinks cartons etc. Filthy throughout despite five workers and the manager standing around doing nothing behind the serving counter. What is it with KFC - do they have an in-house competition to see which branch is the most disgusting? Tell you what, they're all having a right good go at winning.

Kid-friendliness: It's a placc for children with adults and teenagers love to hang out there. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's flat and the door opens automatically so great for people in wheelchair.
