Tickets were booked and fully paid online - Now I am trying to reach out because I haven't received an email confirmation and a message coming up every time saying we will call you later because we are busy. Waiting, waiting & waiting but no one called so far. Seriously Xplore your service is bad! You cover the fourth-largest city in Scotland and you can't have a proper telephone centre for your customers to get in touch? I see other people complained for the timing issues but apparently there are so many other areas that you need to improve. Show some respect to your customers please.

Waiting on the bus for nearly 10 minutes, then it just disappears from the departures list. No word of it being cancelled and the website isn't working. Really poor performance. All the buses in Dundee are like this. How much longer can Xplore get away with such terrible service?
