    Opening 9.30 to 4.30 is about as helpful as a kick to the knackers. Went to pay a cheque in at 4.35 and of course 'closed' - providing a 'service' whilst everyone else is otherwise engaged in earning the funds to deposit in said institutions bank account, is beyond 'idiotic' - service industries need to be available outside (or at least in line with) working hours. Whilst standing at the machine outside the branch and using the automated cheque paying in process, 4 more people tried to enter the branch, you know, because it was fair to assume you'd be open. Cashiers be working from home soon

    Arrived at 10:30 and needed to discuss changing one of my direct debits and a few other things. Waited at the front of the teller queue for 25 minutes. Nobody in office even asked me if they could assist. Had to leave eventually due to a prior engagement. Very poor service.

    So after watching Martin Lewis myself and my husband decided to change all our accounts to nationwide. The process started well, we went into branch with id etc to be told we would receive cards the following week. A week or 2 passes my husband called we asked to wait another week so we did. Another call staff member was no help so booked an appointment for today. My husband attended the appointment and it consisted of all the things they couldn't do!!! Clearly our business is not required
