Booked an appointment here to look at wedding dresses. When we arrived, we were asked if we had an appointment, we confirmed we had, our name wasn't taken to check or anything so could've just walked in off the street. In all honesty it was like they weren't expecting us. The entire 'appointment' was rushed and pretty chaotic. Seeing as there was no one else in the shop I'm not sure why. Maybe they just wanted an early finish. We were in and out in 20 minutes and in that time our bride tried on 4 dresses! So when you factor in getting in, seeing some of the dresses, getting changed etc, she was only in each dress for about 3 minutes max. Some of the dresses the bride hadn't even seen the front of before the curtain was opened for us (the bridesmaids) to see. There were still dresses hanging up that she hadn't tried on (but our consultant had picked for her to try) when we were getting rushed out the door. When we arrived, our bride was told to pick out dresses, but only ended up with one she actually picked out as she was told by the consultant 'I don't think that one will suit you' (having tried on something very similar at a previous bridal shop) or 'no that one is too small/too big' etc. to the others she wanted to try. The consultant picked the rest but they were also too small/too big so not sure what the issue was for our bride picking out the others. Little to no help given to get the dresses on. Nothing to help at the back of the dress to see how it might actually look when fitted (clips etc). Overall we felt incredibly rushed and unwelcome. Our bride was quite anxious about trying on dresses and this experience really didn't help. Would not recommend.
