The rating of 4 stars does not detract from the hard work by Ross Mclean who managed my purchase on behalf of BMW Dundee. Like all dealerships you will have challenges in getting from A to B but having Ross on my side made the difference to my positive experience. Ross was very persistent in ensuring a second key was provided after being misplaced which was really appreciated from my side. Trust was very important as Ross was aware I purchased the vehicle unseen and only first saw it when it was delivered. Video's were provided, and the vehicle was even sent back to the bodyshop for alloy work as Ross was not happy with the condition of work prior to shipping, and he even apologised for the dirt that would have been picked up on the transporter to my home. All in all a great customer experience with an A1 motor sitting on my drive.

Best experience I have ever had buying a used car. Scott Gray was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone looking. Really went above and beyond for me. Thanks again Scott and I am over the moon with the car.
