PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! we purchased blinds in October 2022 after previously using this company in 2013, the service then was excellent and any issues were rectified days later. Fast forward to 2022 and, presumably, a change in management, it has taken them 5 1/2 months to finally fix the fittings on our blinds, this only comes after multiple visits from their fitters who, apparently, are unable to grasp the basic concept of a tape measure. I have had to spend far too much time on the phone, waiting in for appointments over this 5 1/2month period for something that would appear to be a simple fix. Unable to speak to any management due to them being (bizarrely?!) advised against speaking to customers. I did have a phone call from Ronnie who proceeded to give me a mouthful of abuse down the phone after I criticised his work. Finally completed after 5 1/2 months and no refund of any kind and a half hearted apology. Complete lack of ownership and a continuous shift of blame, mostly onto suppliers etc. The only reason Ive given 1 star is so it registers the response otherwise Id have given no stars. There are far better fitters out there so please use someone else and avoid the same experience we have had. You may get lucky and avoid this situation like some appear to have, but is it really worth the risk? If you do use them DO NOT pay until you are happy!

I wouldnt know about there blinds because no one turned up today for the measurements needed. Had a four hour time slot and vhose today as it was my day off. Spent all afternoon wIti g on no one. Not amused at all

Whatever you do, do not use this company! Incompetent doesn't even start to describe the service, or lack thereof! If you do feel the need to use them then a word of advice, DO NOT SIGN THE PINK FORM UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED THEY HAVE BEEN MADE TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND HAVE BEEN FITTED PROPERLY! Otherwise you don't have a leg to stand on and the owner, Ronnie the bully, will be more than happy to tell you so. Don't say you haven't been warned!
