Excellent service provided by City Blinds. Our estimator (Kenny) and fitter (Warren) were a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend.

Terrible service. It took 5 separate visits to finally fit 3 blinds.2 blind were squint and the fitter could not fit them properly. The 3rd blind was 800 mmm short! The fitter called the estimator a liar because he told us the measurement were ok. They were finally fitted on visit number 5.The fitter thrust a piece of paper and told me to sign it to say the blinds were ok. He then demanded payment immediately even though I wanted a few days to check they were ok. after all the trouble ,he threatened to remove the blinds if I did not pay instantly. Very scary for myself and wife who are both senior citizens. I phoned the office to complain to the manager but could not get past the receptionist. She offered me a 30 discount for all the trouble but that was not much compensation for the time we had to wait in for the fitter/estimator or for the aggressive and hostile tactics and threats to remove the blinds.Not a good way to treat customers. SCARY! i would never use this company ever again.
