        Brilliant service. I had a faulty wire on my ebike that I bought elsewhere. It was still under guarantee. I was advised that the part would take a few weeks to arrive but I that I was able to use the bike. Repair, although complicatedand and requiring removal of the motor, was then done within a few hours. No costs for me. Everybody was very friendly and helpful on the phone and in the shop.
