Kirsty and Stuart still have a deposit from me for a 2020 booking I couldnt attend due to covid. I cant attend the 2021 rebook because of covid again and I just found out they actually SOLD the property July last year and havnt even informed me my booking couldnt go ahead anyway!
They are refusing to respond to me and the booking website about a refund and Ive had to contact a solicitor.
You should be ashamed of yourselves!
