Visited the Dundee branch today to exchange some filters I purchased. I Priced up my filters online only for the branch to charge more than the website no discount code was used. I asked if the could match the price only to be told no I asked if he could get someone who could mach the price only to be told no again in a very blunt way. He then seid to purchase them on the website for click and collect and wait 30min for my order. Why cause this much hassle for your customers. I also found the staff member to be very blunt and not customer friendly.
