Recently bought a car from a private seller that had had a clean MOT test one week previously at this garage. The car was not fit to be on the road- major structural rust, defective brakes, (missing one brake pad!) rotten rear seatbelt points, (pulled one of them right out of the floor!) badly worn windscreen wipers and a spare tyre under the legal tread limit. The car had very recently had a coat of spray on underseal, so whoever had been under it must have been fully aware that the rear crossmamber had rotten out completely. Very unhappy with the services given by this guy. Andrew came to have a look at my car then got me to order a part which was the wrong one! But not only that he got it delivered to his workshop and didn't get in contact with us for over 2 weeks! Ignoring his phone, never in the workshop, he even read my Facebook mails and ignored me, I just wanted to know what was going on. Finally got a family member to go to his house address to get the part then he said he would fit it in 3 days later but as expected he never turned up. I have now taken my car to somebody else after a month of not driving trying to get this fixed and they say it's the wrong part ordered and he has made more damage to the car than what it was like before! Would not recommend this person to anyone! Very unrealiable!
