Knew straight away my sisters dog has cancer and very quick to act on it, despite being understaffed. Op soon, fingers crossed everything goes well.

been once, the staff are professional but a couple members of staff ruined it for me in terms of customer interaction. the guy vet was great and he was super helpful and informative but one of the nurses sounded argumentative which got on my nerves, I would ask a question and she'd act unnecessarily hostile and defensive. I get the "straight to the point" attitude but that day, made my blood boil with her. the receptionist that day was really nice and helpful but on the next day of picking up the prescription, the other receptionist was so unenthusiastic, I tipped the PDSA 10 in the charity box and I didn't even get a thanks or anything. would've been nice to be acknowledged that i'm helping you, just seems like a kick in the teeth.
