        The person who is in the shop / cafe is such a lovely warm, kindhearted lady. She makes you feel at home and at ease.. I must say all the staff at this airport are kind, friendly and efficient. I love this airport.

        If only all airports were this size! Seriously it's brilliant - makes travelling so much less stressful ;-) One check-in desk, just 4 people in the queue, followed by coffee and a sausage roll in the cafe (and I suspect the friendly lady in the cafe made the sausages in her kitchen that morning...)
