        Closed my business for a 2 hours slot to allow refrigeration equipment service - Chillforce didn't show up. Called - "Oh sorry, we forgot." They did offer to come out in the next 30 mins however that would have then been costing my business hundreds more...i asked if they would come in the evening - no..that wasn't convenient for them. Neither was closing my business, losing hundreds of pounds, and no service!

        Had this company do three jobs for me now and the guys all done a great job. Went out of their way to help at every step from receptionist to project managers to the installation team thanks so much for all you have done. Stuart completed our third installation recently in Edinburgh, he arrived on time was a fast worker and didn't stop for a break all morning. Would recommend them all day long. Thanks.
