Ann Marie and Michael planed the most perfect trip for our family. We traveled with Grandparents and children (9 years old) and they planned a trip that had something for everyone. From whiskey tasting to beach visits to find the most perfect shells, they thought of everything. It was a trip we will never forget!

Incredible experience! We just got back from our trip to Islay and can't stop raving about how brilliant Ann Marie and Michael were at planning our visit. We would have been lost without them. Knowledge of little known historical spots, hotels, navigating distilleries & restaurants and more, they were amazing. We found many distilleries and restaurants we never would have visited without them. Just perfect! I feel our trip wouldn't have been 1/100th as memorable if we didn't have Michael's in depth knowledge of every aspect of Scotland. We learned so much! Plus, Michael is perhaps the best driver I've had the pleasure to be in a van with (tricky roads were nothing for him...and believe me you do NOT want to be driving on those roads after a distillery tour...they're tough even without a whisky tasting. :)). Trust me--if you want to get the most out of your visit to Scotland look no further than Drams. There's not enough space to describe how great our trip was. Kudos to Ann Marie and Michael for making our trip a once in a lifetime experience...though we plan to make it more than ONCE in a lifetime experience because we had such a wonderful time we're already talking about going back. Absolutely brilliant, and has our highest recommendation! Believe me, if you're looking to get the most out of your trip to Scotland, Drams Scotland is simply the BEST.

We had an amazing tour of Islay with Michael, his knowledge of whisky and Scottish history really added a lot of interesting moments to the trip in between distillery visits. Everything was really well organized and smooth, we never felt rushed and yet we got to all our tours and tastings on time while fitting in a lot of sightseeing too. I'd highly recommend Drams to anyone looking for a private tour in Scotland.

We all had so much fun with Drams Scotland as our support and tour guide. This is the only way to go. Tour guide was fun, very capable and overall excellent. We did some fantastic distilleries and also saw a huge amount of Scotland and special sites.

What an amazing trip! What started out as just a whisky tour turned into an experience of a lifetime! I wasnt into whisky, but love to travel. I was nervous before going, but Ann Maries planning with Michaels execution was wonderful. Historic sites and tours with distilleries was a wonderful mix. We had a schedule but Michael was flexible and accommodating to our needs-food, restroom an ice cream. We had a minor injury and Michael sat with him at the bar so he wouldnt be drinking alone while we walked on our tour, after running out to pick up a walking stick! Later when feeling better he added in a sweet park trip so we could see the Kelpies. I even found a couple of whiskies I liked-unfortunately the 2000/bottle one I loved was left behind (figures thats the one I LOVED) THANK YOU BOTH for making my 1st trip to the UK so memorable Im not sure it can be topped!
