From our first video meeting, throughout the process hes been extremely knowledgeable, but spoke in laymans terms to make the process easy to understand and stress free. Dave was really great at explaining things to us , communication was excellent which is a trait I appreciate. We just used Daves services for a second time I Caroline Hever was sending loads of emails to Dave about mortgages as I am desperate to move . Dave was patient and really helped me understand how much I could afford and promptly got me a mortgage in principle the same day. Thanks Dave
