        This company installed an oil fired boiler at our property less than 2 years ago. The exhaust from the boiler has been directed towards an old stone wall, less than 30cm away, causing endless damage to the stone. The outside drainage pipe has not been insulated and is subject to freezing. Worst aspect though is lack of response to any messages. The boiler is still under guarantee but they can't be bothered replying to our messages or sorting out the problems they caused by poor initial installation. The boiler was fitted for a Mr and Mrs Boswell and I have the receipt that you provided for installation and also the annual service

He is extremely knowledgeable and well experienced. He could answer any and all questions we had.
