My wife contacted the Hot tub doctor as he was initially recommended and she organised a time and a date through email eventually, as this company was slow to respond.
This was not kept and she waited in all day, eventually a phone call to say he couldnt come due to private circumstances and would set another day once he was able.
This was the similar experience until a phone call at 4.30pm saying he will be with us at 5pm and the service will take two hours. We declined this unrealistic offer and asked to reschedule and have not had contact since. The first time was his decision to cancel, the second was ours.
We have tried texting and emailing but to no avail.
I have been concerned that this is happening lots and posting here to make people aware of the timescale this company deals in.

I would highly recommend the hot tub doctors they didn't have my parts in stock but went out there way to find a company that did have them in for me took the time to ring me with all the details so thank you my Children will have there hot yub back up a running can't thank you enough.
