Great care from the driver and clean bus

Use the 123 Gifford Circle route frequently, over the past year and a half, there is only 2 drivers out of them all that are actually decent human beings and have great attitudes, the rest of the drivers are nothing but snarky, cheeky, arrogant and very disrespectful. I'm really disappointed that the service hasn't improved and is my main reason for moving away from Gifford/East saltoun. And if it isn't the drivers attitude they are 9/10 times either 10/15 mins late, or 5/10 mins early, so you never know when the bus will actually arrive.

The best way to describe Eve's public transport is "consistently inconsistent", I've taken the 120 many, many times and yet every journey seems slightly different from how it's supposed to be. The drivers are rude and disinterested, buses regularly miss stops or just totally forget to go to a stop. It is not clear which side of the road they stop on, and they regularly switch sides with no rhyme or reason. And if you're not on whichever side is arbitrarily decided to be the right one when the bus shows up, tough luck. Next one's in two hours. If it even shows up. Only redeeming qualities: buses are always spotless inside and out, and the drivers are clearly fast and experienced with both the busses and the roads in this area. To all Dunbar/North Berwick tourists looking to use the 120: I wish you the best of luck, you're gonna need it.
