Promises a dream. Delivers a poorly finished building site. Wedding meal was a poor reheat from an off site kitchen. Feel sorry for the bride and groom. Be lucky to see this place finished come spring 2023.

Broxmouth Courtyard **edit to your reply** Edit - Recording of phone call was offered to prove there was no aggression as you've stated, however your reply was "don't bother" Top notch customer service. Hi everyone, I would just like to make anyone looking into Broxmouth too avoid. Since booking with them 1 year ago they have lost 3 members of staff who each would be individually "taking control" of our wedding. Now have hired another 3 members. Communication has been atrocious. We where due to get married next June however they have mixed us up with another couple and cancelled our wedding. We had called to arrange a meeting where we could go over everything as we understand they are now new and the previous staff haven't left proper notes. The girl one the phone was really nice and ended the call laughing and arranged a call back with my partner and I, however we received an email saying my partner was "foul mouth and obnoxious" They refused to talk to myself nor my partner. My mum called up and found that my other half apparently made the girl cry and belittled her to the point where she was shaking. Which has lead us to believe its been a mix up on their part as that was not the call we had. So just a warning as they are an expensive venue as they are meant to be a high end luxury venue where they take on the stress for you
