This wildlife reserve is absolutely brilliant for the family.my dog and I,had such an amazing time walking along the quirky trails, and nice wee wooden steps built to help you up the steep hills, and beautiful forest that you go through. The wildlife is in abundance from insects,to rabbits, deer, birds, etc.i would definitely recommend this area for an adventure walk,it has so much to offer,so natural and clean. I'll be going back with my dog for another walk...

A great place to get away from it all for a wee while. A gorgeous setting and a well looked after path with numerous benches to stop for a rest and admire the view. Dog-friendliness: Only thing to be aware of is a couple of stiles which you may need to lift your dog over

Lovely walk 2.8 miles if you do full thing. Requires good mobility due to the ups and downs involved. Signs about adders and game birds. Dog-friendliness: Need to be careful about adders. Also think dogs need to be on the lead May-Oct?
