I really enjoy the online classes taught by Abby who is extremely knowledgeable and so good at explaining and describing the moves and their purpose as you are being taken through them. Lovely informal, friendly vibe. Always the opportunity to ask questions at the end of sessions too.

I have learned so much from Abby and Hypopressives. I started because of pelvic floor issues, but I have massively improved my posture and back pain as well. Abby is so knowledgeable, but also warm and friendly. Her passion for this approach and for improving women's health shines through everything she does. I have now been doing the online classes for almost 2 years - something worth getting out of bed for at 7am!

Abby is a fantastic trainer, both in groups and 1-2-1. She has such a warm and friendly nature making her approachable and enjoyable to work with. She balances this perfectly with a focus on the goal of a session so that your time is effective and you feel you have achieved what you set out to! Hypopressives have become an increasingly enjoyable exercise through working with Abby - there's so much more variety than I had realised before and Abby makes the science of it all so accessible that it is also super interesting. Coupled with a definite improvement in functionality (breath, pelvic floor, exercise in general) it has been a well-worthwhile investment. I feel like I am helping my symptoms, my fitness and my general health and well-being by training with her. Thank you Abby!

I love Abby's Hypopressives class. I have had major pelvic issues over the years, and I can feel them improve as I do the class. The breathwork calms me, and the stretching gets to places I didn't even know existed!
