        Great fun. Chef Richard created an excellent environment that pulled a bunch of random folks into a well-oiled (mostly) machine to produce a fantastic meal. All while learning some new techniques and approaches.

        Spent a fab night at the Sea Bird Centre with chef Richard from Yarrow CS ,theme was Otto Lenghi cooking. Food was great , very tasty!
