        Asked this company for a estimate to have a fire installed. Quoted 4000. Very expensive company. Another company has quoted 2500 for the same fire Install. This company is a rip off.

        Had 2 wood burning fires installed and could not be happier. Both dealing with Tony and his fitters was a pleasure. Left everything very neat and tidy. Thank you all.

        I have previously had 4 fire installed by Ben Nicholsons; 3 x log burning stoves and a gas fire, and found them excellent, in the past. However, I have been trying to get them to come out and look at a slight problem I have with a stove flue for over 10 months now and they are just not interested! The current owner (that took over from BN) says he has no Duty of Care and that I should try some other company if I want the problem fixed! I would not recommend Southwest Stoves & Fires to anyone!!!
