A lovely lady was very helpful when we were in the chemist. Unfortunately, she didn't have what I needed, but said to call the next day as they had a delivery about 11am. I did call but they hadn't had any in, but the lady was so very helpful....

Don't know whats happening at Murrays this weather. Twice recently we've called in for prescriptions to be told not there, call surgery, do this to be told at chemist on returning to chemist the prescriptions are miraculously found. Angela and the delivery guys are always lovely and willing to help but others really need to take a leaf from their book as they can be down right rude. I've heard of others complaing too. I've used this chemist for years as it always had a good reputation. I'm hoping this is just a 'staffing' issue and will be fixed soon as really don't wish to change pharmacy

Always friendly and helpful. I have my meds delivered and theyre always prompt. Any problems with deliveries, theyll deliver after hours if I cant get someone to collect for me. Excellent service!

Incredibly rude staff! Specifically a male member of the staff had tried to pick on me, I politely went to pick up my meds that were definitely there (upon confirming with my surgery), and the man told me he couldn't give me them since i was to young (even though id been there before to get the exact same thing before FROM THE SAME GUY?!) And then i calmly told him id been here for this prescription before and he told me to stop being snappy! I know when im rude and it was definitely not then. I left the pharmacy without my prescription and came back with my mum. He proceeded to be very rude to her as well and not serve her at the till even though we were first in line. This pharmacy is down right rude and needs to be sorted with the staff... very disappointed
