        There is a possibility that this company may share your medical information with third parties without your consent. No matter who employs Genisis the man or woman( the patient) is not given information as to what happens if you fail the medical. If one does have a health issue then it is up to that man or woman to deal with the problem. Genisis can not cause you to suffer a loss of earnings just because you failed one or more of their tests. I believe there are a number of human rights issues here.
