I called nhs24 and they said they would leave a note for the receptionist clearly that wasnt enough for her she was so rude and had an attitude problem with me when I told her it was an emergency and told her it was for my child and she was asking what it was for and I said pain not well, and she shouts at me and says Dont be rude and before I had the chance to finish my sentence she puts the phone down well Ill be taking my self and my daughter out of the place this isnt the first time Ive been treated like this at this place there rude!!

Just terrible, only phone appointment available and waiting all day, got terrible skin infections on my face, need face to face an appointment. Just auful

Try too speak to my doctor about a problem all you get is its passed to the doctor that's never there poor service if I could change doctors I would some doctors are great in the practice but others are poor

Did you see the manager's comments on the BBC article about "google culture" and people expecting too much? Need some self awareness I think, unbelievable.

Was treated appallingly by this practise when I tried to seek help during an extremely difficult period of my life. I encountered hostility, passive-aggression, interrogations, dismissiveness and accusations. When I tried to voice my concerns and make complaints I was met with a culture of denial and gaslighting. Things need to change.
