I've been referred to this service three times now over the past 4.5 years. The first time I was very impressed by a genuinely caring young lady who really helped (unfortunately since left the service). The second time a senior male worker who was clearly not really interested in helping me. The last time (June 2022) I was for an unexplained reason passed from one staff member after an initial telephone session to another, just before an actual meeting. I felt really uncomfortable as this person (another senior male staff member) was so condescending and actually was supporting a local social housing "officer" (who has a well established reputation for being a discriminatory bully and a liar) more than myself! So I guess you might be lucky and end up with an enthusiastic staff member (if there are currently any?) or a less interested, inappropriately qualified one!
