Bathroom units replaced. A very stressful experience. Wrong unit arrived, poor communication, confusion on days due to undertake work. Once installed, leaked with damage to 2 rooms below with water running down the party wall. No hurray to fix. 14hrs with water switched off. Sorted then leaked again. Now have to pay for a decorator and a joiner to paint ceilings and fix door which has swelled with water damage. But not their fault.

Very poor customer service. They initially forgot to put through an order I made for a friend. Subsequently due to having to redesign the space the shower tray and screen were no longer needed but as more than 4 weeks had passed since ordering the company refused to take the items back even though they are still in original packaging. Legally they are correct but morally?

Customers should be very wary of a highly recommended fitter (especially if, as it appears, there is a family link). The fitter blamed the supplied materials, the plumber, squint walls and the alleged uneven floor for what appeared to be his own shortcomings. Copious amounts of silicone were then used to cover up the quality of his work. The shop goes to great lengths to distance themselves from the fitters, saying they are independent but, at the end of the day, they gave a high recommendation. Very disappointed. Items supplied by the shop were mainly as expected but not impressed at their failure to respond to emails.

It was not made clear that they do not fit bathrooms anymore, you have to organise your own fitter although they do have a list. They wouldnt release the bathroom design until I had paid 50% of the bill so it was difficult to get a quote for the fitting. The shower I picked was changed without informing me and it turned out to be faulty. The company refused to replace the faulty shower and I had to go through the warranty. I was pleased with the bathroom (although expensive) and found a great fitter but would not use the company again.
