        Always friendly, helpful and accomodating all the way from design to execution. If something needs to be ordered, it's usually a next day delivery. Throughout my home renovation project they have supported me by supplying bathroom and central heating equipment. The only hiccups were from my side (apparently I have difficulty in measuring things!) which meant occasionally having to return and substitute items, all of which was greeted with good cheer and a speedy turn around. Highly recommended.

        No stars, awful. I was the only customer as I entered. Two members of staff were in the shop. One looked at me an disappeared into the store area. The other looked up at me but carried on with his phone call. No "be with you in a minute" or any other communication. The chit-chatting carried on without interruption, with much laughing and obviously a non business conversation. After five minutes, I gathered up my shopping list from the counter and left. I won't be back .......

        We bought a bathroom suite and the staff where very helpful and accommodating. They went the extra mile to make sure we got all the items and parts we needed. Would highly recommend and we will use them again.
