Just been in I loved it I got a major lucky of a Pirate ship down to 30.00 everything is a amazing price especially for budgeting people I would say all the toytowns are but this one I seriously enjoyed

Great toyshop, has a lot of things you can't find in most- my boyfriend found a G1 Scourge Transformers figure, which he was very pleased about!

I have used this shop for many years but I will not be back after today's disgusting behavior. Absolutely shocked and dismayed today. I was in the shop to purchase gifts for my young son for Easter. To find a young lady employee with long hair sorting the window display while being disrespectful to people who walked out the shop with various rude comments, when a potential customer was looking in the window her comments inside was "what are they looking at" which knocked me back for a second as I could not believe what I was hearing. Then to my dismay as I'm about to pay for my purchase she is stating to her colleague I wish I had covid rather being here, I'm going to visit (her friend who I shall not repeat) to hopefully catch covid so she didn't have to work. As I was paying I stated that what she was saying was rude to the cashier to which neither even spoke and the other customer walked out in disgust of the young ladies comments. How ever she said to me outside "I'm glad you said something before I did" Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I won't be back in the shop due to this. Everyone is struggling at the moment and whether they spend a pound or 100 pound all these customers are keeping you buisness and you in employment they do not deserve the disrespect you gave to day Shame on the shop manager for letting this happen!
