Purchasing our house in Scotland was made easier than we could have imagined. Joshua was diligent, informative, knowledgeable and friendly. His professionalism and that of his colleagues releaved as much stress as is physically possible in an environment which is notoriously fraught with pressures. We cannot recommend Joshua and the team highly enough and we would be sure to use them again if we ever required legal representation again in the future. I give Walker & Sharpe my highest recommendation. Having purchased property before with other solicitors and companies I have some experience and they are the best by a considerable margin. My confidence in them is 100% due primarily to their fantastic communication skills and attention to detail. The solicitor we dealt with, Joshua Ward, was very attentive to any issues that arose, dealt with everything efficiently and promptly. In short , we felt well looked after at all times even when he went on a short leave and our affairs were overseen by a colleague. The administration staff were also a joy to deal with and easily facilitated any identification or financial arrangements. First class solicitor's firm.
