        Found the older man grumpy and rude. He turned up after he shut his own shop even though he is meant to be on contract for Beko for the entire D&G. Only one other employee, his son. I asked for another engineer, sat in all day and No one turned up. Rude. Terrible customer service. I had a noisy machine he said " yel just hub to dae yer Washington when your neibours oot then won't ee" professional? Try George M in Queen St. At least he turns up in time. If your going to use Beko, get insurance as he will charge between 50-100 just to turn up fir ten minutes and be rude. My son is in remission from leukaemia. Didnt wear a mask, didnt care. Avoid there are only 2 employees biting off more than they can chew.
