        Mrs Green thinks her customers are unclean so wants them to sanitise their hands. An elaborate sign just inside the door proclaims this. If health matters to Mrs Green perhaps more effort might be put into keeping the place clean? A whole body steam clean of customers upon entry perhaps? Not a welcoming place for actual human beings! Plenty of nice cafs a short walk away.
