        Rotten. Sent the wrong food, staff ok the phone acted like the order never came through and he had no clue. Sat repeating the same sentence you make comment very rude. Usually a good service from Istanbul but the disappointment is unreal. Staff that came to the door was nothing but utterly lovely Ill give them that

        I have eaten kebabs in many places all over the world and consider myself an expert. This is the worst kebab I have ever bought. Totally inedible. Shish was very tough and full of gristle. Pakora exceptionally dry and spongy, no onion and no sauce. Avoid this takeaway at all costs.
