        Just had my taster first lesson and was very impressed. Was made to feel welcomed and comfortable. Was a tad anxious as I had no prior experience, but this was not an issue, despite the different levels of experience in the group. Would recommend to anyone interested in learning a new skill or wanting to build up their kick boxing skills.
