Absolutely appalling service from this company with promises on several occasions to get back to me after failing to resolve problems over the phone, or suggest a way forward. On some occasions their phone service was out of action, which is a worry. I had repairs to my computer carried out locally in the end as both the Quadro graphics card and one of the hard drives had failed necessitating data recovery and a new drive, and a new graphics card. I run a business, there is absolutely no way I would treat my customers the way that My Digital Tech treat theirs. Avoid.
