        Excellent hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Food very good. Lovely swimming pool. Rooms: Rooms comfortable and clean. Serviced daily with fresh towels. Due to outlay of hotel, some rooms are not suitable for elderly or people with mobility issues.

        We have just been on a one night break in the Cairndale Hotel. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. Our room was large, spotless and had everything we needed. (room 37, 4 poster bed). The added touch for our wedding anniversary was much appreciated. We ate in the restaurant and found the food excellent and the staff attentive. The leisure centre is free for guests and again it was spotless and the staff friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Dumfries.
