Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Weve just moved back to the area and what a difference from our previous doctors surgery. They answer the phone quickly, very helpful and friendly staff. Had an appointment with Dr Ewas and he was so helpful and managed to help me instantly. Could not recommend enough! What a great team! Thank you.

We moved to this practice upon my partner and I living together in Dumfries. An absolutely fantastic Dr's practice, we can't rate them highly enough. All of the Dr's, nurses, admin staff and receptionists are so kind and accommodating. We are really pleased that we can attend this surgery, which isn't too far from where we live. I'v just been told that I am diabetic (2), and the nurses and health care assistants were so kind, made me laugh, but bought home to me the dreadful consequences that WILL happen if I didn't change my eating habits and lose the weight! All told to me without adding pressure, but was really a big wake up call!. A lovely friendly practice, with a dedicated phone line to order your prescriptions. We couldn't ask for a better practice, and staff that really look after your health and wellbeing.
