        (Translated by Google) Really only had a small problem, but they were not willing to help me. Only needed a socket to briefly charge my on-board battery. Offered to pay for it. Nothing to do. Very disappointing as I have always encountered friendly and helpful people. (Original) Hatte wirklich nur ein kleines Problem, aber man war nicht bereit, mir zu helfen. Htte nur eine Steckdose gebraucht, um kurz meine Bordbatterie aufzuladen. Habe angeboten, dafr zu bezahlen. Nichts zu machen. Sehr enttuschend, da ich sonst immer auf freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute gestoen bin.

        Not particularly well stocked, especially with toilet fluid which everybody who has a Motorhome or caravan needs and the staff could do with being given customer skill lessons

        Wonderful people in the service department! They were able to fix a problem with our brakes on the spot so we could continue safely on our journey. Friendly and helpful; a perfect combination.
