        I have just had the delight of having a conversation with Karen. I have terrible anxiety using the telephone and use the wrong words. Hence , why it has taken me 11 weeks , to respond to your letter. ( I am sorry) Karen, put me at ease straight away, what a sweet friendly, kindly lass, you are an absolute angel, I could have spoken to you for hours. Thank you very much. I have been referred for a Home Fire Safety Visit, to look at my current living situation, following an escaped ember, setting fire to a pile of logs, in my lounge. I had not yet moved in, a bucket of water over the floorboards sorted it. But, moments later the situation would have been much worse. Thank you , you wonderful dear souls, keeping all safe by jeopardising your own safety.
