I rarely let rudeness get to me but I have just collected my ironing from Annan Road dry cleaners. They had initially washed my already -washed -and -dried -clothing instead of ironing it .I then went to collect it only to be told it had been washed ( still not ironed). I politely said I would return today to collect it ironed as requested . I was then told by the female member of staff it was me who had been incorrect and that I had asked for a dry - my clothes were already washed and dry!! Her manner was rude and unprofessional to a customer who had already had one wasted trip to collect her ironing . This kind of treatment of a customer is not acceptable .

Service was great! Very friendly reliable and great price! Kevin and the girls worked wonders on my wedding dress and 4 bridesmaids dresses. They were covered in drink and dirt when I dropped them off and tbh I thought there was no saving them but on collection they were spotless! Could not fault.
