What can I say? Dreadful, unprofessional service. Non-existent customer service. Went today with my daughter for a fitting following adjustments to her wedding dress. Appointment at 11am. Asked to wait 10 minutes whilst she saw another customer. Forced to wait in the pouring rain for 35 minutes in all. Soaked to the skin, only to be told the dress was at her home. She then decided it was in the basement! No apology, no recollection that an appointment had been made. She had the dress for 14 months ... terrible to get hold of to make an appointment. Such a disappointing experience on what should have been an exciting day . Service: Bridal & bridesmaids
