Medical side GREAT, but telephone queue system DISASTER. After trying, without success, to contact all day, decided to join the queue this time and just let it play out. 16:40 joined queue at number 13 and let it carry on. Had a bite to eat, washed the dishes and by 17:59 had progressed to number 5 in the queue. Then just after surgery closing time (18:00), call disconnected leaving me hanging. I do not for one minute think it takes 1 hour 20 minutes to answer 8 telephone calls, so there is something major wrong with their system.

if your looking to join a surgery, look ANYWHERE other than here!, didnt fill me with confidence watchingthe doctor desperately flicking thriough a medical book, only to wrongly diagnose my blood clot as an insect bite, resulting in having to have my leg amputated below the knee, if she had put my symptons into google, i might not be confined to life in a wheelchair, the incompotence is staggering(well it would be if i as able to stagger!) she might slso have been ab;e toprevented the additional clot which caused a massive stroke, rendering me paralyzed on one side & destroying my entire life.
