        Monday 11th Oct 2021.... I have phoned this surgery at 8am to speak to reception or make an appt, and have been on hold for 1hour 45 minutes? God forbid it was an emergency... Absolutely shocking....

        My husband was on the phone for 50 minutes. Was at number 1 in the queue for a lot of that time.. He gave up and then I phoned the surgery and it announced the surgery was closed... Not sure what is going on
