I registered with this dentist after being plagued by a lifelong phobia of dental treatment that was so severe I once fainted immediately after coming through the door to one premises. The building itself is lovely and my experiences with all the staff so far have been that they're all very polite, friendly and professional. In particular, Dominic, the gentlemen who I have my appointments with, has been nothing short of spectacular in the handling of my dental care, and has gone to great lengths to ensure that I feel both comfortable and relaxed during my treatments. When I first began seriously addressing my dental care after years of neglect, I was not capable of having even the tiniest filling completed without the aid of intravenous sedation. Well this week I had a filling completed whilst entirely lucid and with only local anaesthsia administered - the first time in over 15 years. My phobia was incredibly severe, and something I never once believed overcoming was a possibility, so the kindness and patience I've been shown here has quite literally changed my life. I wish this was the practice I'd had when I was younger, and Dominic should be considered as a real credit to the team.

I registered and went in for a checkup around two years ago. To my surprise I was told that I needed a small filling at the back of my front tooth. OK, no big deal I thought. The filling was fitted, however two days later I felt sharp pains coming from the filling. I rang to try to get an emergency appointment but was told I had to wait three or so days until the end of the week. By that time my lip had swollen and I was in a lot of pain. I feel that was very unprofessional by their practice and probably aggravated my tooth to an even more serious condition. A year or so later I registered to another practice and I have had a root canal done on said tooth. The dentist showed me x-rays afterwards explaining to me that the previous dentist applied the front tooth filling too close to the nerve in the tooth hence why I was experiencing pain. My tooth is much better now but a dull pain still persists that I will probably have to endure for the rest of my life. I would recommend that you avoid this dental practice.

Extremely impressed by the care of all staff at this practice. Was slotted in on the day for an emergency appointment even tho I was not a registered patient ( I now am ) reception staff were very helpful. The dentist and nurse where very understanding of my fear of dental treatment and I managed to leave and hour later with the problem solved.
