Past experiences regarding a client supported by the art project within this company found several unacceptable concerns... The male art leader is arrogant and laughs at/plays mind games with people with learning difficulties he is employed there to support. Always looking to impress any young female colleagues who are in training by his "social skills" against clients who struggle with theirs. The local management team/family are very insular and avoid any inspiration or ideas that may challenge their comfortable "wee" world view.
